Privacy notice

This notice covers www.civiclattice.com — this marketing website only.

Last updated 18 August 2026

The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no advertising, and loads nothing from a third party. Fonts, images, styles, and scripts are all served from our own domain. We collect your details only when you choose to send them to us through the pilot briefing form.

What we collect

When you submit the form: your name, organization, role, and work email address. We use these solely to reply to you about Lattice. They are emailed to our team and are not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.

When you simply visit: our server writes an ordinary web server log entry for each page request — the path requested, the time, the referring page, and the browser's user-agent string — and adds the request to a running count. That count keeps the page, the day, the domain of any site that referred you, and the town or city the request came from. Your IP address is used for that one lookup, in the moment, and is then discarded: the count records a place, never an address, and it records it as a daily total rather than against you, the page you read, or the time you read it. We do not store IP addresses, we set no cookies, and we do not attempt to identify or track individual visitors across sessions or sites. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we record nothing at all.

Who else is involved

This site is hosted by Railway, which processes requests on our behalf. Form submissions are delivered by Resend, our transactional email provider. Both act as processors under our instructions. Nothing else has access.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email records while a conversation is live and for as long as we may reasonably need to follow up. Server log entries are retained by our host on a rolling short-term basis. Ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to our using it. Write to contact@civiclattice.com and we will respond. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights, this is how to exercise them with us.

The application is separate

The Lattice application at app.civiclattice.com handles municipal plan and budget data under its own terms and agreements. This notice does not cover it. Municipal customers should refer to their service agreement, or ask us for the current data processing terms.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the date above. Questions go to contact@civiclattice.com.
